We come back with a clear price and exactly what's included. For larger commercial buildings we'll walk the property with you first, at no cost.

Pick your schedule
One time, weekly, every two weeks, monthly — whatever fits. Commercial clients can set a fixed day and time.

We clean, you check it
If something isn't right, tell us and we come back and fix it. That's the whole arrangement.

Questions people ask before booking
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property, its condition, and how often you want it cleaned. That's why we don't publish a price list — a 900 square foot apartment and a 6,000 square foot medical office are not the same job. Call or text and we'll give you a real number, free.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included in the price unless you specifically want us to use a product you supply — some clients prefer that for allergies, or because a manufacturer requires it for a particular floor.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
No. Plenty of our clients give us access instructions and go to work. Whatever arrangement makes you comfortable is fine with us.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Call, text, or write to us in English or Spanish and you'll get an answer in the same language. Hablamos español.
How far ahead do I need to book?
For regular house cleaning we can usually fit you in within a few days. Move-out cleans and larger commercial jobs need a little more notice, especially at the end of the month when everyone is moving.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Do you clean outside Yuma?
Yes — Foothills, Somerton, San Luis and Wellton are all part of our regular route. Ask us about anywhere else in Yuma County.
